01 What we handle and why

The Sonjari app does not collect your conversations, memory or settings on RoboMetaFit servers. They are stored only on your PC.

Website logins: cookies and login state for sites you sign in to inside Sonjari’s own Chrome window stay on your PC and are used only for tasks you ask for.

Voice: if you turn the microphone on, speech is turned into text on your PC and is not sent anywhere.

Problem reports: when you press “Send a problem” in the app, it first shows you everything it will send, asks for your consent, and then sends exactly what it showed to RoboMetaFit. It contains: app version · Windows version · model name and context size · graphics memory size (not the card name) · for recent problem runs, their status, request title, tool names per step and the start of each error · the line you wrote. Folder paths under your user profile, email addresses, phone numbers and long token-like strings are masked before sending. We use reports only to reproduce and fix errors.

Email: the address, message and attachments you send us are used only to reply. Beta requests by email are handled the same way.

Beta requests: the form on this site asks for your Microsoft account email (required), your graphics card and, optionally, the AI services you use now. We use them only to invite you to the private beta on the Microsoft Store and send install instructions. We do not store your IP address.

02 How long we keep it

App conversations, memory and settings live on your PC; RoboMetaFit does not keep them. Uninstalling the app removes app data. A memory copy in your user folder and downloaded AI model files (several GB) remain, and you can delete them yourself.

Problem reports are kept for one year from the day we receive it and then deleted. Emails are deleted once we have answered, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Beta requests are kept for one year from the day we receive it and then deleted, or sooner if you ask. The email we add to the Partner Center group is removed at the same time.

03 When the app goes online

Getting models: it talks to Ollama, GitHub and Hugging Face servers.

Web research: it visits the websites you ask it to.

Updates: the Microsoft Store updates the Store version. Test builds downloaded directly fetch only new-version information from RoboMetaFit (no personal data is sent).

Google: only if you turn it on, via OAuth. Mail, Drive and Calendar content travels only between your PC and Google, and the token stays on your PC.

Other AI apps: if you connect Claude, Codex or Cursor to Sonjari, the task text that app hands over and the results Sonjari returns (summaries, file paths) may reach that AI company through that app, under its own policy.

04 Sharing, processors and transfers abroad

RoboMetaFit does not share Sonjari conversations, memory, settings or problem reports with third parties or hand their processing to others. Problem reports are stored on a server in Korea. Reports and this website travel through Cloudflare’s network (United States).

When you get models, research the web, connect Google or connect another AI app, your PC talks to that service directly, under that service’s policy.

Beta requests: processor and transfer abroad: the request (email, graphics card, AI services) is stored with Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), and a notice of each new request is forwarded to the operator’s mailbox. Shared with: when we invite you, your email is added to a private-audience group in Microsoft Partner Center (Microsoft Corporation, United States · purpose: permission to install from the Store · for the period above). None of this happens unless you send a request.

05 Your rights

You can view and delete app data on your PC yourself. To view, correct, delete or stop processing of a report, email or beta request you sent, write to the address below. Legal guardians may exercise these rights as the law allows.

06 How we keep it safe

The app is built so conversations, memory and settings are not sent to RoboMetaFit. Problem reports show their contents before sending and mask sensitive values. Connecting Claude, Cursor or Codex adds one line to that app’s settings file only when you press the button, and backs up the original first.

07 Cookies and automated decisions

This website has no sign-up, no ad trackers and no analytics cookies run by RoboMetaFit. Its only form is the beta request. It reads your browser language only to suggest the other language, and stores nothing. RoboMetaFit makes no automated decisions using personal data.
